business management with a Fortune 100 Company. During his time there, the division
was named in The Service Edge for top 100 Customer Service Companies.
Tim offers a rare blend of operational and customer service oriented strengths, as
President of Vance Tax & Financial Services, Inc. He is responsible for accounting
services, tax planning, strategic planning, and business planning for a broad based
clientele that includes manufacturers, wholesale trade, retail trade, contractors,
professionals, and suppliers. He also offers financial services, which involves structuring
retirement plans for businesses, estate planning, and personal financial strategies for
clients.
Tim is a current member of The Florida Society of Accountants. He has served as State
President, Vice President and Secretary. At the local level, he was a past Freedom
Chapter President and Vice President. At the national level he is a member of the
National Society of Accountants and serves on the membership committee. As an
Enrolled Agent and member of the The National Society of Enrolled Agents and the local
Suncoast Chapter, his practice is deeply involved in current tax issues. In the financial
service area he holds a Series 7: General Securities Representative, Series 63: Uniform
Securities Agent, and a Series 65: Registered Advisory Agent, Life, and Health Insurance
License.
Tim has received his MBA degree (Summa Cum Laude) and BS Degree (Cum Laude) in
Accounting. He has served on the University Accounting Advisory Board and was an
adjunct instructor. Mr. Vance has also been active in the local Chamber of Commerce
and served as a past treasurer of his Homeowner?s Association. Tim resides in Crystal
Beach, Florida with his wife, son, and two daughters.
